Organic Honey
Our apiary features Langstroth beehives, a modern design that ensures the well-being of our bees while allowing for efficient honey harvesting. We use smoke to gently calm the bees, ensuring a stress-free process that encourages them to continue pollinating flowers and rebuilding their honeycombs. The result is a jar of pure, raw honey that is as delicious as it is natural.

Nutrient-Dense Microgreens
At Pilgrim Terrace, we grow our microgreens on compostable jute mats, an eco-friendly, soil-free method that maximizes space and minimizes water usage. This sustainable farming practice helps us provide fresh, healthy, and pesticide-free microgreens, depending on the variant can contain up to 40x more nutrient-dense than their mature counterparts.
Microgreens are included in all of our meals that serve our resident low-income seniors and individuals with disabilities as well as our CSA members. Microgreens are available without a CSA membership for local businesses and individuals.
